I live in the beautiful Lake District, in Cumbria, settling here after living and working in many countries around the world. I am deeply motivated to help individuals, entrepreneurs, and SME business owners to achieve the success that they desire and deserve.

I have been an integrated counsellor since 1999, while also gaining vast business experience from working in high-level corporate IT sales. Through to running three of my own independent businesses. I bring energy and support to guide my clients onto a successful path. I am passionate about helping others and offer a range of services including business coaching, mentoring, spiritual coaching and counselling.

I always strive to bring wisdom, knowledge, and positivity to my mentoring and coaching style. I listen closely to the needs of my clients and work with them to refine the ‘Why’ for their business, define their target market and bring attention to building a strategic business network for success.

My core values of integrity, trust, transparency, and respect combined with my belief that wisdom lies within, have inspired successful working partnerships and generated results for my clients around the world.
Driven by my passion to help others, I have invested in becoming an expert in several enhancing disciplines from Emotional Intelligence hypnotherapy, talking therapy, stress management, neuro-linguistic psychology, NLP, spiritual coaching, and healing. 

I have a positive, approachable, and no-nonsense attitude to business, mixed with a good sense of humour and zest for life. I aim to help clients as quickly as they allow me to, to get them the results they deserve.

In my leisure time, I enjoy being at home in the Lake District. I love being at peace in nature and enjoying the beautiful world we live in.
