That might sound a bit dramatic, but I recently posted a video on LinkedIn about potential pending legislation for small and medium-sized businesses regarding carbon emissions benchmarking, goals, and progress reporting.
There's no concrete date as to when this legislation might come into force, but it could be as early as next year.
So my question to you is...
✅ would you rather be in a position where you have all that information gathered, are reaping the advantages of being a front mover, and can provide evidence if required?
🤯 or be in a flux of chaos, having to take your focus off the business's overall objectives to interrogate your business, and potentially receiving fines for non-compliance?
For any responsible business owner, I don't think it's a difficult question.
