The one thing in business that is constant Is that nothing is constant.

The world around us is changing all the time and we have to change with it. We cannot afford sacred cows. We cannot afford to relax into "this is the way we have always done it."

So on that theme we have completely changed our logo, our website and our branding. 

Why? 
because we always have to be trying to change and get a little bit better and this is better. 

irritating because I had just spent money on business cards and Clothing with the old logo. 

but if the new version is better than the new version is better. 

I had a great opportunity last Friday to speak to a group of business owners about artificial intelligence. the feeling in the room was that they were very happy to use AI as long as it didn't really change anything. 

Unfortunately that won't cut it in the real world. 

As I said to them, if there is a shark in your swimming pool, you could ignore it for as long as you like but that will not stop you from becoming shark food. 

We have to be open-minded and ready to change even if it means abandoning some things that we held dear.
