As a Chartered Landscape Architect, I have real concerns about the growing use of AI in garden design.

Do people genuinely think an app can match the creativity, technical expertise and experience of a qualified designer?

 

I also can’t help wondering where these AI platforms are sourcing their ideas from. If they are learning from designers’ websites and portfolios, are they simply recycling years of professional work and presenting it as something “new”?

 

I’d be really interested to hear other people’s thoughts after reading the article.
