National Communities Resource Centre in Chester, Cheshire

The National Communities Resource Centre (NCRC) has been established for over 35 years and exists to inspire, co-create and share lasting solutions for a kinder, fairer, greener world. We believe that everyone has the power to create positive change. We exist to help people discover their power, taking them on a journey of personal growth that encourages them, builds the skills, connections and self-belief to have a positive influence on their own lives and the lives of others. 

We achieve this through residential programmes at our home at Trafford Hall, Chester, away days think tank sessions and some in-community work. We act with equity and sustainability at our heart. Respect and appreciation for diversity and the natural environment is rooted in everything we do. 

NCRC is part of the Regenda Group; a dynamic not-for-profit group of organisations with a shared purpose to regenerate places and provide opportunities for people.
